We understand that sometimes things happen and you may wish to make changes to your domain name purchased through us, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so as long as It is possible that we will issue a refund to you at our sole discretion; while these guidelines apply to most of our products, they may not apply to your specific situation. Please see our registration agreement for more details, please note that refunds will be issued in the currency used for payment and will be refunded to your platform account balance.
For security reasons, we are unable to issue refunds via chat, phone or email. If you want to cancel and refund products, you can find the Manage Refunds option to the right of the order list in your order history. If you have any problems finding your order history or refund options, please contact IID.HK Support.
Here is a list of products and the corresponding time period during which you can receive your refund:
1. Most domain name purchases are refundable within the first three (3) days of purchase, provided we remove the domain name from your account Remove and return it to the registry (meaning the domain name is then available for purchase).
2. Domain name renewals will not be refunded. If the number of affected domain names exceeds the limit allowed by ICANN's Additional Grace Period Limits Policy, bulk domain name deletions during the initial three (3) day registration period may Refunds are not possible.
However, the following domain extension purchases are an exception to the three (3) day rule. To confirm, domains purchased in any other top-level domain cannot be refunded after three (3) days:
.CA - Refunds available within four (4) days of purchase.
.COM.MX - Refunds available within forty-five (45) days of purchase.
.CO.UK - Refunds allowed on a case-by-case basis.
.ME.UK - Refunds allowed on a case-by-case basis.
.MX - Refunds available within forty-five (45) days of purchase.
.ORG.UK - Refunds allowed on a case-by-case basis.
.UK - Refunds allowed on a case-by-case basis.

Expired domains: We are unable to issue refunds for expired domains.
Pre-registration: We cannot cancel pre-registration and cannot issue refunds.
Premium Domains: Premium Domains No refunds allowed.
Redemption: This fee will go to the registry and is therefore non-refundable.
