IDGlobal 2023 New Year's Day Holiday Notice

At the end of the year and the new year, IDGlobal (INTERNET DATA GLOBAL) would like to extend our heartfelt thanks and best wishes to you! In order to effectively implement cooperation matters, orders, and contracts during the festival, according to the "2023 Public Holidays" arrangement issued by the government, combined with our company's actual situation, the IDGlobal 2023 New Year holiday service arrangements are announced as follows:

Holiday time:2022.12.31 - 2023.01.02 (the day after January 1st) holiday, normal service will resume on January 3rd.

Special Reminder: Please renew products that are about to expire as soon as possible to avoid business suspension during the holidays.

If you have any other financial and contractual needs, please submit them to our company in advance, and we will arrange for you before the festival.

In addition, please arrange operation and maintenance monitoring and backup work in advance to avoid performing major business updates during holidays.

During the holiday, all IDGlobal products will work normally, and product self-ordering and renewal will not be affected. We will arrange technicians to be on duty 7*24 hours to ensure the normal operation of all servers, electricity and network.

On-duty customer service: 09:00 in the morning to 3:00 the next day online.

During the holiday, financial, administrative, and commercial departments will suspend external services. The customer service and technical departments are on duty as usual. For product business consultation, please contact the online customer service. For technical problems, you can submit a work order and communicate directly with the technical staff.
