The end of the year is approaching, in order to do a good job in the effective implementation of cooperation matters, orders, and contracts during the festival, according to the "2023 Public Holidays" arrangement issued by the government, combined with our company's actual situation , the IDGlobal 2023 Lunar New Year holiday service arrangements are announced as follows:
Holiday time: 2023.1.20 - 1.28 vacation, return to normal work on January 29.
During the holiday, financial, commercial, administrative and other departments will suspend external services. Customer service, operation and maintenance service hours are adjusted as follows:
● Customer service: 2023.01.20 - 01.25 The online consultation on the official website is suspended; the exclusive customer service Telegram can be contacted as usual. From January 26, 2023, all communication channels will resume normal access.
● Operation and maintenance: 2023.01.20 - 01.28 is on duty every day from 09:00 to 02:00 am. For any technical issues, submit a work order and the operation and maintenance personnel quickly communicate. From 2023.01.29, the 7*24 hours operation and maintenance consulting access service will be resumed.
During the holiday period, all IDGlobal servers, electricity, and network will operate normally, and all products will work normally. Self-service ordering and renewal will not be affected.
Special reminder: 1. Please renew the product that is about to expire as soon as possible to avoid business stagnation during the holiday.
2. If you have any other financial and contractual needs, please submit them to our company in advance, and we will arrange for you before the festival.
3. In addition, please arrange operation and maintenance monitoring and backup work in advance to avoid performing major business updates during holidays.
