The end of the year is approaching. In order to effectively implement cooperation matters, orders and contracts during the holidays, according to the "2025 Public Holidays" arrangement issued by the government and combined with the actual situation of our company, IDGLobal's 2025 Lunar New Year holiday service arrangements are now announced as follows:
Holiday time: 2025.01.27 - 02.04, and return to normal work on February 5.
During the holidays, the finance, business, and administration departments will suspend external services. The customer service and operation and maintenance service hours will be adjusted as follows:
●Customer Service: All communication channels including official website work orders, online consultations, Telegram, etc. are accessible normally.
●Operation and maintenance: From 2025.01.27 to 02.04, the normal duty time is from 09:00 to 02:00 the next morning. For any technical problems, you can submit a work order to communicate quickly with the operation and maintenance personnel. From 2025.02.05, the 7*24 hour operation and maintenance consulting access service will be restored.
During the holiday period, all IDGLobal servers, power, networks, and payment platforms operate normally, all products operate normally, and self-service ordering and renewal are not affected.
Special reminder: 1. Please renew the expiring products as soon as possible to avoid business stagnation during the holidays.
2. If you have any other financial or contractual needs, please submit them to our company in advance and we will arrange them for you before the holiday.
3. In addition, please arrange operation and maintenance monitoring and backup work in advance to avoid performing major business updates during holidays.
